Purchased these for my 15 y/o son to wear to Boy Scout Camp. He noted how comfortable they were (as he has a very wide foot) and how his feet are staying really dry with them. So far they have been great in all types of weather and on all types of terrain. Even in the extreme heat his feet have stayed comfortable. He has other hiking boots with him, but prefer to wear these.
These are really nice. heavy duty shoes. Unfortunately, they were so narrow I could not wear then and ended up returning them because they hurt my feet. They only have them in "D" width which is too narrow and "EE" which is too wide. What ever happened to shoes in "DD" size or single"E" size width?
My husband buys these shoes because they are so comfortable and has commented on how much he likes the fact that they are truly waterproof as well as long lasting. I might add that he is diabetic and has severe neuropathy so foot comfort and sturdiness is an important issue.
