The shoes are great! Comfortable and nice traction for winter conditions. They seem to run narrower than my normal shoes, but had no problem exchanging. LLBean even sent the new shoes before I had a chance to return the others!
I have found it difficult to find proper fitting shoes or boots my entire life, as I have an extremely narrow foot (B) and I also use orthotics. This boot is one of the most comfortable I have owned. I highly recommend them for those who have similar foot problems. I also find them to be very good on snow and ice.
