I agree that this vest runs large for size. I normally wear a small, but this one gapes at the armholes and is too big all over. I am sending it back for an XS.
This vest runs large. I am normally a Medium in LL Bean tops, but this Medium fit like a Large. The armholes gaped badly and the overall fit was too roomy. I exchanged it for a Small, which fit like a Medium and is perfect. The fabric is luxurious - thick and soft. It's sporty but elegant, and toasty warm in cool weather.
Love the way it feels, but it's a little big. I usually wear a large in vests, but this one runs a little shorter and wider than I prefer. And the collar won't stay folded down.
I'M GOING TO ALASKA SOON AND I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO WEARING THIS VEST WHILE ON SEVERAL EXCURSIONS. THE FIT IS PERFECT AND THE WEIGHT OF THE FABRIC IS LITE BUT WARM. I LOOK FORWARD TO PURCHASHING MORE ITEMS.
