I love this vest! At first I was a little concerned because it seemed stiff but it softened after washing. It's flattering, blocks the wind, and is functional. It's practical and warm for outdoor use and fashionable enough to wear to work on casual Fridays. It doesn't shed and hasn't pilled after wearing and washing. I recently took it on an international trip and it was stolen so as soon as I got home, I ordered a new one! Same color and everything...I love it!!!
This is the first time I've purchased a fleece vest from LL Bean and I was very pleased with the color, fabric and durability of the product purchased. We live in Italy and the vest keeps me warm during the chilly morning walks along the coast. However, I am petite and it would be nice if this vest came in a petite version - this vest (Size: Small) is a bit long on the torso. Other than that, I am very happy with this vest and would recommend it to someone else.
ordered this for my dad; but boyfriend liked it so much, will order another one. Warm, looks stylish, and has wonderful pockets--two extra inside pockets for glasses, in addition to two other larger pockets. Front upper pocket can easily hold drivers license and credit card. Good wind resistance for brisk walks.
