I have several of these rugs/mats in my entry garage/inside from garage; outside/inside from back door. I am now thinking of putting one for my front door inside entry which is used very little. These rugs/mats hold the test of time and I am a dog owner. Great quality; the money pays for the mat; time worthy.
I bought the blue color in this mat first - had to return it because it is MUCH brighter blue in person than in the photos. Customer service made the return very easy - I got the charcoal color instead. When I received the charcoal one, however, it had been seamed with two different runs of the fabric and you could see the difference clearly. Again Customer Service was amazing and expedited shipment of another to me (promising an in-person inspection of the rug prior to shipping), and arranged UPS pick up of the defective rug at my house. Final result - a nice rug that protects my wood floors and looks great in my entry.
