We are saying, "why didn't we get this years ago?" Love it, catches everything at our back door. It is large enough for our family of 6 and dog to come inside and take our shoes off at the same time....while all of us are on it!! Nothing is tracked throughout the house anymore. Don't wait, get it and you'll be glad you did. I even ordered the waterhog stair mats, AND a smaller waterhog mat for our patio door, when bringing in wood for the fireplace (with our new durable LLBean wood carrier bag). We are ready for this winter to begin. Thank you LLBean!
This is my second waterhog mat. Yes you can see the seeming on the back for the larger mat and there is one little place where the patter looks like it did not "cut" correctly in the manufacturing, but I love the look of the mat and the functionality. Already had multiple comments from family that they like the mat too!
I own two of the smaller versions of this mat, and they have been used in various places through the years. They now live in the tack room of my horse trailer and do their job well. This new (very large) mat is on my porch by the front door. I am looking forward to having a mat there that does what it is supposed to, and doesn't get rolled up and swept away in the wind. It is a very high quality, long lasting mat.
