The color was as expected. I have several different styles of these mats bought over the years and have never been disappointed. It was more comfortable to walk on which was a pleasant surprise. Purchase for my new 3 seasons porch, because i had wood floor installed and want to protect it and i know this mat will. The only thing that could possibly be bad is that i noticed from the underneath that it was pieced together, but is not noticeable from top. Hopefully will still hold up like the other mats i have
I purchased this mat for my back door into the yard. My dogs use this door many times a day and drag in a lot of grass, dirt, etc. The mat is perfect for this space, as the dogs come in and take their first few steps indoors on this mat, and the mat catches the debris. I have noticed a significant decrease in dirt on the bare wood floor in the kitchen/living space into which the door opens. The mat is well worth the expense, with excellent quality that will last many years.
We ordered this rug for the entrance to our Corporate office and it is absolutely perfect! The weight, size, color and design is excellent! We could not be happier!
I should have known that LL Bean would have exactly the right rug for my front entry, but I tried something cheaper -- big mistake -- didn't soak up the first snow falling off my boots. I remembered hearing about the Waterhog, probably saw it in a catalog, got online and picked my size and color. It arrived quickly, in time for my book club Christmas party, so it absorbed every last snowflake and gritty stuff that the women brought with them. And it looks sharp, clean, modern -- fits my style well. I'm looking forward to lots of years with this rug! Finally, one I don't need to keep replacing! Thanks LL Bean.
