ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, pretty color
Got this for my teen daughter as she refuses to wear a winter coat. I had bought two for her Dad (and he lives in them all winter), and she asked for one. She loves it!! It was a bit big(medium), but she likes it that way. I think a small would have fit better. She is 5'3", 125 pounds. She wore it during the recent lengthy power outage and was very warm.
Very comfortable, feels broken in the first time you put it on. Well insulated.
One thing though... the hood itself is too small. I'm an averaged sized guy, my head isn't huge or anything -- but the hood doesn't cover well enough, and doesn't stay on unless you tie it.
This hooded sweatshirt replaces another LLBean swweatshirt that literally had nothing left (approximately 18 yrs. old)! This one appears to be an even better hooded sweatshirt. It washes and dries well, fits great , alone or layered. is substantial but not heavy.
