I bought this for myself so I could stop borrowing the one I gave to my husband last Christmas. I love the warmth, the ties around the hood, and the lining inside the sleeves which makes it easy to slide over other garments, if the weather is that cold. This one is perfect for fall/early winter in upstate NY. Keeps out the wind and cold.

I live in Wisconsin and leave for the gym most nights in extremely cold weather. I was freezing in my cheap sweatshirt, so decided to try an LLBean instead. WOW what a difference quality makes! I wear a size small in shirts so ordered a size small in the men's as I like the "boyfriend" look. I love this sweatshirt and it keeps me toasty besides! Thanks for a great product.
I saw that lots of women bought this coat, but it fit very strangely on me. I am 5'6" and 130 lbs. with long, small bones. It fit tightly around my hips and was huge everywhere else. Super comfy, but definitely just a slouch around the house item.
This sweatshirt is extremely comfortable. Living in MN, I appreciate that LL Bean, with their Maine location, understands the true meaning of "heavyweight". Others have questioned the nylon lining in the sleeves, but I've found it makes it easier to layer over a sweater or other garment. I think it is great value for the price I paid. Everything I've bought from Bean's has been durable so I look forward to years of comfort from this product
