I am a female at 5'2" and bought a small to fit me, and I love it!!! The sweatshirt is extremely warm and very comfortable. This is the greatest purchase I ever made.
I like it especially as it is very warm and the fact that you can put stuff in your pockets and they will not fall out. Good colors also. I ended up buying one for me and another for my wife and then my friend ordered one. Price is a bit higher than dept stores but quality is better.
I got one of these for my husband just for lounging and wearing under coats when it's cold. He loved it so much that I couldn't get it off of him long enough to wash, so I had to get another one! Heavy, soft and warm. Easy to wash, though I do line dry it (as I do with most things).
