This is the seond sweatshirt I have ordered for my husband. He loved the first one so much, that this was an asked-for present this past holiday season. The sweatshirt is confortable and warm. The lining is super soft and the hood is handy on cold, windy winter days and nights. Both sweatshirts were finished superbly - no stray threads from the finishing process were noted. Keep this product in stock!!!
This "jacket" is terrific. Styling, material, warmth, fit, everything is perfect...and the best part...when I washed it, it was so heavy when it came out of the washer, I was worried it would take a long, long, time to dry, considering it would be best to use a low setting to keep it from shrinking. I dried it on med. for 30 mins., and it was completely dry, with no shrinkage. I have washed/dried it again, since then using the same settings....no shrinkage and dry in just 30 mins. I highly recommend this really neat "jacket". I say "jacket" because there is definitely nothing about this that resembles anything called "sweatshirt". Note: I wear a petite small in Bean jackets/shirts (I am thin). I ordered this in a men's small, and the fit is great...comfortably roomy, just the way you would want a jacket like this to fit.

I bought this sweatshirt jacket for my husband, who works outside during our cold Catskill Mountain winters. His one comment was that he thought it was a Ladies jacket as the zipper is on the wrong side. The zipper pull for men is always on the right side, not the left. Other than that, the Sweatshirt jacket is beautifully made, warm, and he is satisfied except for that one reason. IF the zipper was correct, he would have rated it with 5 stars, and recommended it highly.
I bought this for my fiance for Christmas. Waited till the last minute to order as usual, but it arrived in time due to LL Beans excellent delivery time. We were both extremely happy with the quality, fit and fabric.
I also ordered a fleece jacket for my Mom and she loves it. Just the right weight and excellent quality that we have come to expect with LL Bean.
