This is a very nice sweatshirt. Yes the sleeves are lined with nylon, but it is very warm and it is easier to put this on over a long sleeve shirt. Believe me you will not be cold in this. The only thing I would say negative, is the zipper. At this price I would expect a beefier one. Now, this may be a none issue as it may hold up over time.
I bought this hooded sweatshirt for my husband, he works outside at a gas station. So I am always looking for warm clothing. This sweatshirt is just what he needed. It has a fleece lining, the fabric is so soft and warm, the colors are so nice. He loves it but that is no surprise he loves everything I buy him from LLBean. The quality is always excellent.The fit is perfect. What else can I say but this is a winner.
Sweatshirt arrived today. Pros. Well constructed, good materials, warm, lined sleeves make for easy on easy off.. Cons. Model photos show a garment that fits close at the bottom, this is not the case. The bottom is quite wide and open, allowing for the breeze to go right up under the garment. Waist band and cuffs should have elastic to fit close and seal out the wind. This could have been a great sweatshirt instead of just a good one.
I bought the green one and the blue one. These are warm and solid. You can feel the weight and the care they put into these. I would buy one of every color if I could afford it. Highly recommend!
