Very happy with the quality and weight of the Katahdin Iron Works sweatshirt. Much more heavy duty than any I have seen in major department stores. I've been looking for this for quite a while and was glad to be able to get what I wanted for my hubby for Christmas. He deserves it.
The sweatshirt was on sale so I bought one for a gift and one for myself. I got the insulated one which is excellent for layering, and I prefer a full zip which this one has. Already considering another one!
I work outdoors as a phone company splicer. This hoodie is worn almost everyday in every kind of weather from fall to spring for 3 years now. I cannot say enough about how well built it is. I need all my gear to function flawlessly and this hoodie has never let me down. It may have holes in it,smell like a Zombie, and be faded but it is still my go to hoodie year after year! Buy one and try to wear it out,I dare you. Going to surprise my oldest son with one I ordered this winter for him.
