Bought two of them on the daily markdown, great deal. Yes they run large which is great for me as I don't like tight clothing. Warm, comfy, excellent buy!!
Wow, I can hardly wait to put this jacket into use. I am traveling to Mongolia soon, and needed an ultra lightweight, yet densley warm fleece coat for the extreme temperature ranges in the Gobi desert. This will surely do the trick. I got the chocolate brown, but would have prefered the lighter color. ,That was a small concession to make. There were no more "regulars" available, so I got a petite, altho I am much taller than a petite. I read reviews that it ran large, so I took a chance. I normally wear an xs or small, but got this in a med because I'll need to layer. There is ample room for that, plus it is a wonderful length that will provide more warmth than a shorter jacket. Collar can stand or lie down and sleeves can be easily rolled up. All in all, this jacket is a real bargain and I am so glad that I found it. LLBean comes thru again! Thank you!
The polartec water / repellency attracted me & though the fleece seems like nice quality I am unimpressed with the style on me. Maybe would work for others. I ordered the chocolate brown color and it is just ok, not as rich as other browns LL Bean has offered in other fabrics and styles. The collar/trim in this color did not contrast to help set it off either & the style just hung shapeless on me and looked frumpy so will be returning this to LL.
