I got this in the evening blue, which isn't really a very pretty blue. I guess "evening blue" is a good description of the color--the blue sky as the sun is going down, a bit greyish.
It's a very lightweight fabric. Fit and quality are ok.
Nice scrunchneck top that has a bit of stretch to help it hold its shape. It seemed too thin at first but I like it after wearing it several times. Very soft and comfortable. Great layering piece that coordinates with the Swift River sweaters or good worn on its own. The cream multi is a darker cream than shown on my computer, more like a light oatmeal, with narrow multicolor stripes that would work with many different colors. True to size in the misses, a little long on me but I really need petites. LLB, please offer more shirts and sweaters in petites.
I absolutely love this butter soft turtleneck. It is fitted without being tight so you can wear it underneath a sweater or on its own. It is lightweight so I'll probably layer it with something else during our chilly Vermont winter. In the fall and spring, I would wear it alone. The best part is that it doesn't feel tight around the neck at all, but it looks like a classic turtleneck. Nice job LL Bean!
Excellent turtleneck. Perfect fitting and comfortable. They are all sold out and I hope they come back. Particularly in the cream heather! Please bring them back it's hard to find a turtleneck that is fitted enough yet not too tight either.
