I Love this jacket. Kept me warm with no need for a sweater until the temperature went down to the 30's and 20's. The only thing i did not like were the feathers constantly floating and sticking out of the fabric. I hope this can be fixed in the future designs but overall i am very satisfied.
I purchased two black and two blue jackets. We moved from Denver to Tampa and expected wonderful winter. Hahaha the jokes on us. Our winter was and still is awful, cold and wet. My daughter and her family visited this past March from Denver. I gifted them two of these jackets. Black was perfect for son-in-law, and blue was perfectt for daughter. Needless to say, they were put to good use. Back in Denver also. Size was good for petite and average height. Colors were beautiful.Very lightweight. Not too PUFFY.Bottom cinch cord performed well. Jacket was warm in Fl. and warm in Denver. Price was crazy right.
Got this in black. Here's what I love: * Light weight * Very warm * Knit interior cuffs keep out wind * Price is crazy good * Easy care * The black is versatile, can add just about any color accessories
How to improve: * Have a lower zipper for ease when seated * Have a more fitted option that is more flattering
I bought a black XL goose down jacket last month, and I have to say that it is probably the best thing I've bought recently!
I thought that it would not be as warm as it is as the jacket was so light, but I was wrong - it is very warm! Excellent value because it has nice zippered handwarmer pockets, one interior zipper pocket, fleece on the collar and nifty interior wrist collars for keeping cold air out of the sleeves. The bottom of the jacket also has an elastic cinch adjustment to close the bottom around you.
Improvements I would make is two interior pockets, and please make them in the chest area rather than down on the belly/hip area.
