Warm but very light weight and made very well. I am 5'4' and weigh 135. The medium fits me perfect. I am very happy with this coat. The sleeves were the perfect length for my arms.
I received my Jacket last week and I was very impressed with the service I received from LL Bean! I ordered my Jacket and received it exactily a week later.
I love how light the Jacket is and its warmth is exceptional!!
Great jacket, great price. My only complaint is the lining color. Light gray...not flattering next to face especially when the inside of the collar is covered with it. Would look better with at least the collar lining being the same as the jacket shell color. (All black with the black jacket for example) Would give it 5 stars if this detail were changed.
I purchased this jacket recently because my other LLBean parka had truly been through major construction on my home as well as years of cold winters and I decided to treat myself. I have always been a loyal LLBean customer and just switched my LLBean credit card over to the new one, which offers the free return shipping. After getting the jacket and trying it on, I noticed it didn't fit like my other jacket of the same size and decided to go with the larger size. I returned the jacket and within approximately 10 days, had my new jacket in hand incurring no extra charges. The jacket is very comfortable and I'm certain will last me years due to it's, as with all LLBean items, quality. Further, I didn't think there could be better customer service offered by LLBean and have always sung their praises. However, I was wrong and am not surprised to see that they didn't wait for another company to top them, but yet they topped themselves.
