My friends first comment on the gorgeous color, bright pink, and nice cut of the jacket. Goose down garments are notorious for their lack of shape. This down jacket is beautifully designed with a nicely shaped, very flattering cut. Lots of extra features I didn't know it had when I ordered it (probably just didn't read the detail well enough). Warm, pretty, comfortable and highly flattering.
Need I say more. This is a very light weight jacket with plenty of room for a sweater or fleece underneath. Light weight but very warm at least in 20 degree weather. It's long enough so that if you lift your arms, your back is still completely covered and warm. I originally bought a medium and needed to return it for a small. The return process was easy and the new size was delivered within days. I was pleased to see that LLBean makes their products with plenty of material - no skimping to keep costs lower. Would definitely buy this again.
I really like this jacket. It is warm and lightweight. I ordered it in a small based on reviews but had to return it for a medium for more room in the hip area. The M is perfect for me. I'm 5'1" and not huge, but with small waist and larger hips, ok, the so-called pear shape. Might be best to call and ask for measurements before you order. The turquoise is a bright pretty color and will look just fine with my black ski pants. This is a casual looking jacket and the quality is great.
