I originally purchased this coat about 4 years ago and loved it. It is so warm and cozy, I even purchased one for my daughter. However it started to lose it's feathers, I called LL Bean and described my situation, and was instructed to return it, no hazzle, no questions. I could either get a new one or get a refund and I could wait till winter was over - what a great company. I couldn't stand not having my warm coat - so I got another one and love it as much as the first!
This jacket is great. I have never worn a down jacket and I love it. It is so warm and very comfortable. I was initiallly concerned that I would look huge in it but it doesn't. My jacket is fuschia and I love it, it brightens my day.
I really love this jacket. It keeps me really warm, no matter what the temperature. Only one problem....arms could be longer. Bought the small (my size is usually 4 to 6...depends on brand) and it fits perfectly.
I ordered this jacket online (FAST SHIPPING!) because of reading other reviews & I loved the looks of it. I am 5'2" and weigh 120lbs-- ordered a size small & fits perfectly! It isn't too bulky for a down jacket-- most of the ones I've had/tried on are always so "puffy." The length of the jacket isn't too short or too long, which is a plus! The brown is a nice color and the sleeves a wicked good touch. It def. gets an A+ from me & would def. order another one...=)
