I recently bought this coat and have been very pleased with it. I love that it is light weight and not a bulky coat. The wind can be blowing and you never feel it go through the coat. The only negative is that a few feathers have started to pop through. It has washed nicely and fits great.
I moved to Oregon from Florida and needed a warm jacket to get used to the cold winters again. This down jacket fits the bill. I bought medium and love the way it fits. The only thing I don't like is occasionally feathers will start to come out and if I pull one I can't stop them. I bought a black one but intend on buying one or two more colors.
I love this coat. I hesitated between the L and the XL. I am 5'8" and a size 14. I got the L and am very happy with it. It fits perfect. Just enough room to move but not too bulky. Although the arms are a little short. I is also very warm. I live in WI and would wear this coat even on the coldest days. Maybe not out in the snow since there is no hood, but I would not fear getting too cold. If anything I get too warm in the car, shopping or dealing with kids! Great coat. Oh, I also love the color. I got the lily green I think it was. A nice bright pop of color!
