love my jacket! very warm, light weight, easy to move in. pockets soft and warm. negative 2 degrees and bitter wind today, still toasty in my jacket! Great value!
This is a decent down jacket for the price. It is very lightweight and comfortable. I got the black, because I didn't like any of the other colors. I'm 5'3" 118 pounds and I got the size small. Medium was way too large. Collar on the jacket is a bit short and no hood, so you'll need to wear a hat and scarf. Pockets are in the right place, and zipper works good. This is not waterproof, so don't wear it on rainy days. It looks okay on me, but nothing special. I really like the men's down jackets, but they were too large on me. I saw a woman in town wearing the green Men's version and it looked so cool. I really wanted it, but I'm too small and it looked silly on me. If you are in the market for a practical, affordable down jacket, this is it. But don't forget to look at the men's!
I normally wear a medium (I am size 8), so I took the advice of some reviewers and sized up to a large. It was huge, and it was obvious a medium would be too big as well. I sent it back and ordered a small, which I still feel like it's slightly too big, but over a sweater is fine. I have it in the color lily pond, and I also have been getting many compliments on the color. Overall, I had a good experience exchanging the sizes, it is nice and warm, and I would recommend this coat to a friend.
