I just received this coat in black, and it's fantastic! I will say that sizing on L.L.Bean coats runs big, so you may want to order a size smaller than the size chart says you need. I thought I needed a small, but ended up ordering and extra small, and there's still plenty of room for a sweater underneath. Great coat overall and very warm!
This is the best coat I have ever worn! It is very comfortable, lightweight & so warm, no chills...perfect! I really like how my chin is protected by soft material; like most coats when zipped up rub on the chin. This is my 2nd year wearing it & I just love it!
I bought this jacket in preparation for another cold and long Michigan winter so I've only worn it once. It's extremely light and comfortable, yet very warm. I love the color, look and feel so much that I've ordered the vest and parka in other colors. The prices for all three pieces are very reasonable. Now that I'm prepared, I can look forward to winter!
