This is the second time I have purchased one of LL Beans lower priced down jackets. I loved the style of this jacket - especially the more feminine style. However, with both jackets I have experienced zipper and loss of down problems. Upon returning the last jacket due to a pocket zipper that could not be opened, I immediately received a replacement and I have not experienced either problem with the new jacket as yet. This has been my only negative experience with an LL Bean product and I would not hesitate to purchase LL Bean products in the future.
I really like this coat. It's warm and cute. It fits me well and is comfortable. It's a bit pouffy, but not as bad as some other coats. Definately a good value.
