ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
This jacket fits great - has room for layering but is not bulky. I wore it out in 15 degree weather with a cotton shirt underneath and was very warm. Many other brands of down jackets are too fitted. Great value.

I'm from Northern Alberta,Canada. So when I recieved this coat and it felt pretty light I thought it won't stand up to our sometimes brutal winter weather. I couldn't have been more wrong. It stood up against the wind and cold better than any coat I have ever had. The best thing is that it is so light you feel like you hardly have anything on let alone a heavy duty winter coat. It can even be too warm at times. If you want something that will keep you warm through the wind and cold this is your coat. Since it is on sale I'm going to buy another coat in a different color that's how great it is. Buy one you'll be glad you did.

I had a down coat a few years ago that I grew out of and I really wanted a new one. I adore the Otter Brown color and basically everything about this jacket. I bought mine on sale and it was only offered in Misses sizes so if you want your jacket to be roomy probably order a size up. I am about 5 ft. 2 in. and quite thin but I ordered my jacket in Large because I did not want to grow out of this one! The size was perfect and not too big, I could fit layers underneath comfortably but it also felt good with only my shirt on under. In 20 degree weather, I didn't have to wear layers under the jacket. The pockets are so soft and warm and the inside pocket is pretty cool. It is definitely not too puffy either. It doesn't have a hood but I actually prefer that because hoods on outerwear tend to be too big for me. It is really cool that it is water resistant too, so when I come inside my coat isn't soaking wet. Having the ability to tighten the waist and cuffs is also a great feature that I use often to lock in the warmth. I would say everything about it is perfect!! I look forward to using this jacket every winter.
