I just moved from LA to the Northeast and needed something warmer than just a wool coat. I liked this jacket because it's quilted but not super puffy--I don't feel like a marshmallow when I wear it. I ordered a small because I usually wear a ladies size 4/6 but it ended up being a bit snug, particularly at the bottom. If I were going to wear it over bulky sweaters, I would probably have had to return it for a medium. But the coat is so warm that I don't think I'll be needing to wear a thick sweater under it. I like the zippered pockets and the lining extends out beyond the edges of your arm cuffs to meet your gloves so no cold air can get in, which is nice. I would purchase again but maybe in a larger size.

I've had this jacket for 2 years now and absolutly love it. I live in Texas now and we do get cold winters. This is my 'go to' jacket. I have it in black which goes with everything. The sleeves could be a little longer, but to be fair, I have long arms. The price makes it a great value as well. I want it in the pretty periwinkle color now.

Here in Colorado, the temperatures have been falling well below zero. I wear my jacket to work, and it keeps me warm. I bought a medium because I wear it over a sweater. Without a heavy sweater underneath a small, would suffice. I am 5'7" 119lbs. I'm looking forward to spring, and I will take my jacket along in my backpack when I hike or cycle in the mountains . It is lightweight, and it will pack well.

I am very satisfied with my down jacket.I was looking for something that was somewhat fitted, came down below the waist, and warm. This jacket met the requirements. I am also pleased with the color.
