I love the feel and warmth of this jacket. It is not too bulky but nice and warm. I did, however, order the wrong size. I think that it runs a tiny bit small.

I am very happy with this coat. For the price, I am so impressed with the value and features - such as the nice long zipper pulls with a good grip end and the "wind tunnel" sleeves to keep snow and wind out. Also, the soft neck & pocket material is warm next to the skin. My LL Bean coat has quickly become my favorite piece of winter wear & is definately warm, especially with the -5 temps this week.

This is a good, lightweight and affordable winter coat. It cinches at the waist and sleeve cuffs to keep the wind out, which is optimal. There is enough room to wear over sweaters which helps keep you even more toasty. It's warm, which amazes me given how light and airy it is.
My only complaint is that it's not very shapely or flattering. It's very bulky in the chest area, giving the appearance that the coat is too big. But, perhaps that's just due to my small size.
I'd say it runs true to size to a little big.
