ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
Bought this jacket for my daughter for a rare excursion into snow country, and it was perfect. It kept her warm and dry and fit nicely; not too tight, not too puffy. Really liked the tabs on the sleeves and the zippered pockets.

I love the goose down jacket I bought from LL Bean. It's so warm and cozy and light weight. I love the perriwinkle blue as well, a bright color for the middle of winter. Excellent as usual.
This jacket has some very nice features: light weight, warmth, fairly wind resistant. One feature that is really nice for warmth is the built-in cuffs inside the arms: it keeps cold air from blowing up the sleeve. But it is also a nuisance when taking off if the underlying garment sleeves are long enought o get tangled in these cuffs. Not being Gore-Tex, though, and being filled with down instead of some fiberfill, Quallofill, or Hollofil, it would be useless in the rain without an overlying rain protection garment. But within that limitation, it is a pretty nice jacket and I am pleased with it.
Recently I bought some LLBean goose down jackets as gifts. The recipients are ecstatic, one saying that this is the first time she hass been warm since last summer!!
