This jacket is an awesome value for the price. It keeps me warm in freezing weather, which is what I wanted. But it certainly isn't sylish. If you are looking for a jacket that is trim and ladylike, this isn't it. Function over form in this case.
ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
I bought this jacket (which I wear as my every-day winter coat) as an exact replacement for the same jacket that I've worn for several years. My older jacket is now stained with paints from art classes. I was very happy to see that LL Bean still offered the same jacket in the same color. I still wear the older jacket, which is in perfect condition except for the paint, when I do things that might get my clothes dirty. The new jacket is for restaurants, shopping, etc.
I usually don't purchase jackets/coats online because I have really long arms. I am happy to report that this jacket fits perfectly and is really warm. Also, I like the fact that it doesn't feel heavy.
