This jacket is extremely light and yet, very warm and comfortable. It truly "feels good" on blustery days, but you hardly know you have it on. It also packs very well for travel.
This is a great coat to fight the cold. It keeps the bitter cold wind out. I find the pockets are a bit shallow. I can fit a pair of gloves in, but just barely. This is the only draw back, not enough to return because it is incredibly warm!
The reason I love this jacket: I'm finally warm, no matter how cold it is. The interior elasticized fabric sleeves stop the wind. The two side drawstrings at the bottom of the jacket stop the wind. It's light weight. And it looks good! I'm 5'4", 125 lbs. I read reviews about the sleeve length not being adequate, but the length is perfectly fine. The jacket fits great. I tried another, entitled relaxed fit, and it was much much too large. I highly recommend this jacket.
LOVED the jacket but the sleeves definitely too short for me. They were "OK" when I stood but when I sat or rode in the car they hiked up on my arm and exposed my wrists. Unfortunately traded mine in. Did NOT feel like a puff marshmallow ... a really nice jacket!
