GREAT coat! I live in VT so I needed a cute WARM coat. This coat is so warm and perfect for everyday wear. I get compliments all the time on this coat! (I purchased the light blue color) Great price and quality. I especially love the fleece around the cuffs; warm and it restricts the wind that blows up the sleeves. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish it had a hood!
For Christmas this year I decided to buy jackets for myself and my two children ages 13 and 18. My 18 year old daughter is very particular about her clothes but when she saw her lily pond coat she was thrilled. The color is perfect for a younger person. My son loved his black men's coat and I like my navy coat. The weather in Montana has been very cold lately, below zero even during the day and I have stayed very warm in my coat. It is so lightweight and comfortable, I am really happy with this purchase. My children agree with me as well.
First off I have to admit to being disappointed that the color lining is the same as the jacket- the pictures on the website show it being white. That aside, the fit is great and the jacket is warm. I bought two- black for casual wear and brown for knocking around in the stable. I've gotten compliments on the black one. I was able to fit a medium bulk sweater very comfortably underneath it.
