I purchased this coat for my wife for Christmas as a surprise - she loves it! It is really warm and lightweight and does not appear too bulky like other jackets. A fantastic buy for the money - so much that I am thinking of ordering one for myself!!!
The jacket is warm and attractive. I am disappointed in the size. My search request was for women's sizes and I went by the size table. The jacket is actually sized for misses which is smaller. It fits, but is not as comfortable as the last one I purchased from LLBean. I tried several different search criteria but only had the choice that ended up with this jacket. The next time I shop for jackets I will go to a local outlet where I can try it on.
I love this jacket. It's incredibly warm and windproof. With the winter we're having here in the Mid-Atlantic, I'm very pleased with my purchase.
I bought the same jacket for my daughter last year, and she's still very happy with hers. She's worn it horseback riding and in casual settings and the jacket continues to look great.
For the price and the quality, purchasing this jacket is a no-brainer.
