For the price I just don't think you can buy anything better! I wore this jacket in low twenty temp with 30+ mph winds. Never once was my core body cold. In fact, after hiking a little bit I was actually hot. This jacket is no joke. LOVE IT!!!
Wow - this jacket is near-perfect! It's stylish and warm, and the fit is great - not too bulky, with a very flattering cut. My only, and totally minor, complaint is that the arms are a tad short for those of us with longer arms. But really, it's such a minor thing that I'm able to totally overlook it. Love the inner zip pocket, too!
I love my new jacket. It is a simple, attractive, warm down jacket with no bells or whistles. My only complaint is that the sleeves are a hair short, but the lining does tend to slip down to cover my wrists so I stay warm always. Yesterday was only 17 degrees in the am and I was very comfortable on my way to work snuggled into my new favorite green jacket! Also, I love that if I spill anything on it nothing soaks in. All in all a great purchase from LL Bean
This coat was the best purchase of the year. Not only is it lightweight and non-bulky, it is a great coat for 30 degrees and also for -10 degrees. Great coat for walking the dog. I keep it on in the car as it does not feel restrictive. Price is excellent. Will never buy a different coat for winter.
