The jacket fits perfectly, is exceptionally warm and is not bulky. I ordered the periwinkle color and it is beautiful. This is hands-down my most favorite jacket ever.

I love this coat - it is warm - fits well (I ordered a Large when I'm normally a Medium - I'm 5-8 and bigger boned). Its Great Great Great!!! There's a waist cincher, so it can create the appearance of fitted-ness and it also helps keep the heat in. The fleece in the collar is very nice! The tighter, fleece cuffs keep out the cold air too! Very happy with this product. The Navy is really gorgeous as well. I can't say enough good things about the quality and style of this coat!

I just purchased this coat and have put it to the test. We had -14 degrees below last night with windchill -53. I wore this coat out last night over a short sleeve t-shirt. I walked a mile and was not cold or chilled other than on my legs and face. It performed up to my standards and needs. I would say it passed the Wyoming test. I would add that the coat feels light weight and that is a plus in my book.

I like my goosedown hooded parka -- it is warm and light weight and fits with plenty of room for a heavy sweater or fleece underneath. It is getting me through this crazy East Coast winter. My arms are not particularly long so it fits me perfectly but perhaps for someone who does have long arms, that would pose a problem (as other reviewers have noted). The major drawback is that it is not waterproof or even very water resistent. Oh, well, I bought it as part of my outdoor clothing for Fairbanks, Alaska, in March where it probably won't rain, just snow. With the various extra layers, I hope to be toasty warm even there but will bring along a large, clumsy but reasonably water resistent parka as well.
