ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, very warm, minimal shaping at waist
Although I usually don't look for just great deals, this one is. Don't be fooled by the price, but this coat really keeps you warm, even in the recent single degree weather. The other great feature that helps keep you warm is that it comes down lower and covers your hips. It has some minimal shaping at the waist which I don't normally like, but this coat manages to do it without it being constricting. However, if I wore a blazer, I would wear my LLB ultrawarm jacket because it's roomier. I have to admit that I have experienced some down leakage from the jacket which has shown up on the velour on my car seat. Hope this gets corrected next season.
I'll be returning this item, from the beginning feathers were coming out of the seams. I've washed it a couple of times to see if that would resolve the issue but at this point it's out of control and has gotten worse. Quality of the product just isn't there.
This jacket was on sale and for the price - awesome! It's great for waiting for the ferry on the cold wharf. I can leave my hat home and use the hood when I need it. It's not bulky and uncomfortable when driving. Love it!
