Great coat for the price. It keeps you nice and warm even on a below freezing temperature. I love the length and the adjustable strap inside. I ordered one size up for extra room in case I need to wear a bunky sweater or suit jacket. The only draw-back is the gray elastic inside sleeve. It keeps coming out when you put your arms into the sleeve to put your jacket on. The hood is great too. It has a velro strip to adjust the size of your head.

Absolutely LOVE this coat. The color, fit and warmth can't be beat, especially for the denarios! A great buy and so glad that I didn't buy that "other" parka from one of your main competitors. Recently, we had a bitter, cold day with high winds and snow but in my toasty warm parka, I felt superbly yummy. I love how the hood wraps snuggly around my face and the little brim on the hood is a brilliant idea. Thank you LLBean!
This is the coat I wish I'd had in college - walking in below freezing weather with wind. Most importantly, the exterior blocks the wind while the down retains the heat (without making you burn up). As far as the sizing is concerned, I normally wear XL and the size seems true to XL, maybe even a tad roomier which makes it good to layer.

This coat is as warm and comfortable as I could want, and is overall an outstanding value. The pockets, however, are less than ideal: only 2 small outer pockets and 1 quite small, and not too rugged, interior pocket.
