Exactly the piece of outwear for which I had been searching, Shipped quickly and it looks great on and it is toasty warm and stylish without being overpuffed. I love the sleeve cuffs allowing heat to stay in and snow to stay out. I love the zipper that zips up from the bottom for driving, I love the fleece lined interior which is always neutral to the touch not cold. I hope to wear this piece for many years. Happy customer!
As a professional petsitter, I am outside in every kind of weather and need a winter coat that keeps me warm and dry without being heavy or bulky and restricting my movements. This parka does both! I recently wore it when it was 13 degrees, with a 30 mph wind blowing and 3" of snow on the ground and was quite warm and still able to move freely while walking dogs. The reinforcement at the top of the hood keeps it in place without destroying your hair, falling over your eyes or blowing off. The periwinkle blue color is true to the description and the large petite fits me perfectly over sweats, a turtleneck and, of course, LL Bean thermals.

This parka turned out to be exactly what I wanted! I usually wear a 6 or 8 or small top or jacket, so I ordered small and it fits perfectly, with a little room for a sweater. The color is gorgeous (my husband likes it too.) It's a very nice quality look too. I live in the cool, damp climate of coastal northern California, so a good parka with a hood is a basic necessity. It will be good for traveling to Chicago this winter, too!

Great price for a good warm coat. Bought a brown one, then one in navy. With the navy, however, the zipper is reversed so that takes some getting used to...I guess the supplier was thinking they were making men's coats that day? ;-> Other than that, I love them both, so I switch off wearing one or the other every day in our cold Minnesota weather.
