I got this coat to walk our high energy English Springer Spaniel in our nasty NW Pennsylvania winters. It does not disappoint. Through drifting snow and wind gusts it has kept me toasty warm. I especially like the high collar with zipper that goes right up to my nose!! We walk the springer a mile 3-4 times a day. She sharpens her bird hunting skills and because I am warm I do not hurry her.
Received the garment very quickly and was totally satisfied with the quality and fit of the parka. It is light weight but very warm and is exactly what I wanted. I've never been dissatisfied with anything purchased from LLBean.....
My wife loves it, and she looks great in it. It offers her great warmth with a well built coat. The zippers are a big improvement over earlier variations, for ease of use and the ability to easily grab onto them.
