I bought a down vest from LL Bean and was very happy with the quality a year ago. The style has changed and the vest is not as nice as the previous one. I will be returning this item and I am disappointed!!!

I bought this vest for my daughter, who lives in a very cold climate. She is quite petite, so though I ordered online, I also called the LL Bean customer service people. The woman I spoke with was very helpful and confirmed my size decision. My daughter is delighted with her vest! It fits perfectly and she loves the warmth, as well as the light weight of it. My own Mom bought me this style of vest from LL Bean 20 years ago, and I loved it. Glad to know the quality has continued over the years. Free shipping was a big plus as well.
