I travel through Mexico in many out of the way places on buses, in the back of trucks, pack animals, etc. I carry as little as possible but still need to stay warm. This vest fits well and isn't bulky at all for the amount of warth it provides. Seems to hold up well to unusual wear and tear.

Finally! I have searched for a vest and I finally found a classic. I'm 5'3 weigh 118 and the XS fits perfect..and enough room for a sweater underneath. This is sort of a retro piece that looks terrific with jeans and long sleeve jerseys. It's warm and cozy. Enjoying it!
The vest is generously cut so it is not necessary to size up in order to wear a few layers under it. It has two deep, zipped pockets in the front which is a nice convenience. The reason for four stars instead of five is that I chose the brown vest which I was pleased with but I wish the lining could have been brown also or even black instead of insipid pale bluish gray.
