ProsGreat Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
I am 100% pleased with this vest. Living in New England brings a myriad of temperatures, and this vest kept me warm and comfortable in temeratures ranging in the teens and twenties. It's light weight and that in itself is a plus.
I actually have 2 of these vests and love them. I wear vests constantly in the winter, especially when I am riding my horse, because I don't like the feeling of a lot of bulk around my arms. This vest is nicely fitted and runs true to size. It's very warm. I like the 2 zipper pockets outside (essential for me so I don't drop my phone or pager) and the inner pocket as well.
This is a perfect vest. It seems to run a little large, because I'm 5'7"/145 lbs and the extra-small fit nicely - snug but not tight - and looked great, but I normally take a small or medium at other stores. I opted for the small anyway so I would have room for layers.
I wear this vest snowshoeing, to the outdoor shooting range and for other outdoor winter activities. It's super lightweight but still warm.
At first, I didn't like the two-tone color scheme. I bought the purple anyway and it has really grown on me. The color is bright and cheerful but not eye-searing.
A great buy - practical but still cute enough to wear out on casual occasions.

Lightweight and warm - what's not to love? Bought this in periwinkle and, not only does it keep me so cozy, but the color makes me smile with the thought of spring around the corner.
