The thread is thick unlike the fine thread shown in the picture and the two tone is more predominant as well. It fits very well, it has the traditional slight smell and itchiness associated with real wool, it might be a draw back for some and a desire for others. I look forward to use it as long as I can before my wife or daughters take it from me.
This sweater is comfortable, warm and cozy. Would definitely purchase again, different color. Was bought for my brother n law who simply loves it.
