I bought this sweater as a gift for my son who is tough to buy for and he lives on the East Coast and I am in the Southwest- he was delighted which makes me very happy It is a beautiful sweater and very comfortable. We expect it to be duraable - lol too soon to tell

Love the Ragg Wool sweater material. This is my 4th Ragg Wool Sweater but first Full Zip. Beans Ragg Wool is substantial but has a relatively soft weave so breaths well. This is perfect to layer over a shirt indoors without overheating. When you want to go out into the cold throw a shell over it to block the wind and you'll be pretty comfortable. This wool is not scratchy and holds its shape well. I own a lot of different wool garments from a variety of makers and Beans Ragg Wool is probably the best value for your dollar.
Felt comfy just putting it on the first time. Warm and well placed pockets to slip your hands in.My Grandaughter said"you look spiffy for an old geezer in your new sweater.With that in mind I ordered one for her.
Purchased this sweater for husband as a replacement for a well-worn similar one from 20 years ago. Good fit and very warm. oatmeal is classic rag wool.
