This sweater is very tightly woven and fits really well. Usually, sleeves are too short for me, but not with this sweater. The sleeve length is just right. This morning it is 17 degrees out so I'm wearing this sweater and a turtleneck and I didn't need my coat, although I brought it along in the car for just in case. I have several wool coats and this sweater is warmer than those coats.
Have this same sweater as a hand me down for over 5 years and is still in excellent shape. Glad to see they are still available, reasonable price. Wool is great and can be worn year round in the NW. It's really a unisex sweater.
I bought this as a gift for my husband and was worried about it being scratchy. The minute he put it on he commented how soft it was. He keeps it at work for when its cold in the office and wears it daily.
