I have been looking for a nice sweater to wear outside to walk the dog and in the house watching TV. This seems to fit the bill. I have ordered and returned several sweaters from other stores because they were thin and flimsy. This sweater has a good weight to it and fits well.
This is a very comfortable sweater. Sizing was as advertised. Warm and the front zip is convenient when the temperature fluctuates in the heel seasons. I'd buy it again..
The first problem for me with this made-in-China sweater was its disagreeable chemical odor. I aired it for several days before wearing it, but the odor remained. Then I washed it, carefully following instructions, but most of the odor was still there. I began wearing it, both in and out of doors, and over the last few weeks, the odor has diminished a good deal. I hope that over time it will disappear completely.
Another problem, noticed after the first few days of wearing it, is pilling, absent any rough usage. A bad augury!
