The wool sweater is not only an eye-catcher but, its warm too. Its soft, the color (Mountain Red) has received a lot of comments and, its really warm. I might get another one!
This sweater was a rare disapointment with LL Bean products. I washed it according to the lable instructions, but it shrunk and left the washer full of heavy chunks of lint. Also, the zipper is poorly installed, causing me to leave it partially zipped up and slipping it on over my head. It is not representative of the usual good quality of LL Bean.
My old LL Bean Zip sweater is retiring after 20 years. I never thought I could replace it. But I bought 2 of these sweaters and love them. Comfortable good looking fit and plenty tough. My fall,winter and early spring staple!!
