As advertised, this particular sweater lives up to the L.L. Bean mission of providing only the finiest quality products to it's customers. I highly recommend the Ragg Wool Sweater to anyone who wants to keep warm during the winter months and, at the same time, look smartly dressed.
I have had a previous L.L. Bean "Ragg Wool" sweater for some years. It is/was my favorite. The new one is as well made and looks grand but "Ragg" is not what it used to be. The weave is moderately lighter and a bit more streachable. Guess you can't really go home.
...for those in-between spring and fall days when the temperature varies alot. Zip front makes it easy to adjust as things warm up or cool off. Goes well with all kinds of shirts...and works with a tie, too.
