After looking from one end of the country to the other, I was beginning to think the entire nation was blanketed in fleece. Where was the wool?! What a pleasure to find it in this sweater that now blankets my husband. This sweater is well-crafted, classy, classic, practical and warm. It's a great sweater and it will be going with us around the world.
I wanted a zipper sweater for years, and I am very happy with this purchase. It is warm, the size is exactly what I wanted, it is well made, comfortable, and I like the color.
I've searched long and hard for a zip cardigan that fit and was not too fussy. All the sweaters I found at other retailers had too much of an urban feel with slick fibers and a super tight fit that would probably look great on some high-end super skinny model dude (You know what I mean, you see those guys in those catalogs). After trying on many, many sweaters I found this LLBean version and it is perfect for me. Nice fit, knubby weave that is not too slick... It is a great everyday cardigan that I wear around the place, yet I also wear it out when I need to "look good" if you know what I mean. I love this sweater! Note: It runs a bit small where I might wear a medium in another sweater, I wear a Large in this one. None-the-less it is awesome!
