Wool garments are all the rage now and with a sweater like ths you can understand why its very warm and versatile I can use it around the house or when I walk its very well made and always looks good on me
This sweater is great! It has roomy pockets, which actually add warmth, too. We keep our thermostat low, 63, and I am always looking for wool sweaters that are really warm. (I prefer wool to poly fleece.) If things warm up, (not happening this winter!), I can unzip it. Thanks, L. L. Bean.
This is a great sweater. It's my go-to sweater for lounging around the house. But suddenly, in just its second winter, both elbows have worn through. It's not like I use the sweater hard or anything. Once this fabric has a hole in it, the hole just gets bigger and bigger. I've put the sweater away in the closet to consider my options. 1--take it to a tailor and have leather patches sewn over the elbows, or 2--find a similar sweater somewhere that comes with such patches. Dang.
