Obviously this is a very popular item, and for good reason. I have this sweater, and I absolutely love it for cool mornings. My challenge, however, is that Bean doesn't keep adequate stock. The full zip rag sweater I purchased several years ago is tattered and worn, and it's past time for another. For 3 years now I've tried to purchase one, but alas, it's always sold out. It is a great sweater. I'm just not sure why LLB doesn't stock an adequate stock (particularly given that they sell out year after year on this item). My rating on the sweater is a 5. My rating for LLBean for not carrying adequate stock is a 1.
Warm, comfortable, fits well, looks good, wish I had bought it sooner in every color available! Now they are sold out. Hope LL Bean will restock very soon. Highly recommend!
These are wonderful sweaters. The length is nice and long and they look great. They are very warm and comfortable. I would definitely order theses sweaters again. My wife purchased 3 of them for my birthday and I just love them.
The product was very well made and the fit was accurate. The color was great and it was clearly a quality product. BUT the product description said that it was made with "premium lambswool for softness." I disagree. The label did say it was lambswool, but it was not smooth and soft was I would expect and was rather coarse. And after wearing it around the house for 10 minutes I was itching and scratching like crazy and had to return it. Too bad, I was looking forward to owning this nice sweater.
