I was in the market of new toiletry bag and I wasn't sure if small size is too small according to the description of the product and reading reviews... I like to travel light and doesn't need make up stuff and decided to purchase "SMALL" after checking the measurement. YES, it was the perfect size for my need. I will be able to put everything I need and travel a month with this small bag which won't take up lot of room in my luggage. One suggestion to LL Beans, you can do away with a cheap mirror and redesign two small sections to one bigger compartment which will give more room to a small bag.
I purchased the medium personal organizer and took it on a 2-week trip to Norway. I loaded it up and then laughed because it was so heavy. There is a ton of room, you can go a little overboard. I took out the removable insert that's probably used for things that go with you to the shower, because I wanted the clear space in the center for my make-up bag. FYI - the outer side pockets are not tall enough for an Oral-B electric toothbrush, nor a standard toothbrush in a plastic case. No biggie to me, I just put it inside and put other stuff in the outer pockets, just thought folks should know. Not sure about a Sonicare toothbrush. I was very happy with my purchase.
The bag is fine, however to charge $8 for a monogram is absurd. The monogram is literally the size of a quarter. I am shocked no one else has mentioned this and I can't believe this is acceptable to LL Bean
